If you own a baler, you know the risks to the company when unauthorized and underage personnel use the baler. Federal laws set a minimum age to operate, load or unload a baler at 18 (click here for more). Our control system is specifically designed for security, control of access to use of balers and accountability of bales picked up.

The System allows only the authorized, trained personnel of required lawful age that you specify to have access to operate a baler.

Authorized users can be added or locked-out quickly, as required. Depending on the BALER BOSS model, these functions can be performed either on-site or remotely via a modem call. The easy-to-use BALER BOSS has a large bright LED display providing simple "how to" prompts. The user enters their unique four-digit PIN to quickly access use of the baler. The keypad is large enough for use with a gloved hand.

Another key benefit of the BALER BOSS is that it always records the actual number of bales made. In doing so, it provides information to help verify accounting paperwork between the hauler/recycler and end-user company. A count of the current number of bales made or the total of bales made within any time frame, up to one year, can be recalled on the LED display. Optional Software provides remote communication capability for one baler or thousands.
