• The digital LED display can provide management with the following information, upon request:
  • A count of the current number of bales made
  • Total of bales made within any time frame, up to one year
• Authorized users can be added or locked-out
• Assists in providing information to audit charges and credits given to your company by the hauler/recycler company
• Optional Bale Edge Software provides remote communication capability for one baler or thousands (See Description Below)

• Baler Pass - A small key fob with an imbedded computer chip about the size of a dime. Designed for rugged use. To gain access to use of the baler, touch Pass to a Reader on Keypad

This a truly powerful, effective, yet simple to use software tool which can provide information about the operation and activity of any company's baler - at any location - at any time. Most reports are generated automatically but others can be generated on-demand, as needed.

The Windows based Software capabilities include:

• Remotely set up a pre-determined number of bales made that will automatically notify the hauler/recycler company, requesting a pick-up
• Two-way communication which, for example, would enable a hauler/recycler to communicate with the BALER BOSS to determine how many bales have been made and are waiting for pickup
• Activate the Preventative Maintenance (PM) feature to automatically alert the company which services your baler, after a preset number of bales have been made...Extends the life of the baler
• Providing reports of when pick-ups are made for billing or verification
• Contact any of your balers to determine the current status of bales made
• Provides historical data in graphical or report formats on bales made and picked up by month. Can be output to Excel.
